Both are corded with iQ connectivity. The EX6050 iQ (WR000384) is the premium unit and adds floor, wall and waterline cleaning, so it handles the scum line at water level that the DuoX range does not target. If your walls and waterline are the problem, step up. If floors are the issue, the DX4050 iQ is good value.

We do it at handover. Connecting the unit, setting your preferred cycles and showing you how to use it is part of how we hand over any connected product. You leave with it working rather than with a QR code and a manual.

Empty and rinse the filter canister after every cycle, rinse the unit occasionally with fresh water to clear salt residue, inspect brushes and tracks, and store it out of direct sunlight. Sun and heat are what degrade cables and seals fastest in Auckland conditions.
