We inspect your pump, filter, chlorinator or salt cell, automation, heating, plumbing and fittings, pool lights, cleaning equipment, surfaces, waterline tiling and safety equipment, then test and report on your water balance.

We would rather you be there but its not essential. As long as we have safe access to the pool and equipment we can complete the assessment while you are at work.

It goes in the report with a recommendation and a price, along with whether it needs doing now or can wait. Nothing is repaired without your approval.

Not at all. Plenty of people take the report and carry on looking after the pool themselves. If you do want us to take it off your hands, we have no lock-in contracts.

As a rough guide, pools up to around 40,000 litres suit the 1 hp or 1.25 hp, mid-sized family pools suit the 1.5 hp, and larger pools or systems with long pipe runs, solar heating or in-floor cleaning suit the 1.75 hp.
