Conifer Grove sits low, close to the inlet, on ground that holds water. That matters for pools in two specific ways. The first is groundwater pressure. On a low lying section with a high water table, an empty pool is at risk of hydrostatic lift, which is why nobody should drain a pool here without understanding what is underneath it. It is a real risk and it is one of the reasons we do not recommend owners drain their own pools for cleaning.
