We provide fixed monthly rates for some clients who want to be able to reliably anticipate their monthly overheads; the fixed monthly rates provide an all-inclusive, consistent (always the same) monthly (pcm) charge, which can be easily set up on automatic payment.
All chemical consumption is anticipated and is included in the fixed cost.
Fixed rates tend to be favoured by very busy clients, by clients who travel a lot, by landlords, by bodies corporate and by property managers.
