The Pool Smith has been acquired by Sparkling Pools. If we look after your pool, nothing about that changes. Same schedule, same team, same pricing. The only difference is who you contact.
What the change means for your pool
The Pool Smith is now owned and operated by Sparkling Pools. For existing Pool Smith customers, your pool service carries on exactly as it did before. Your visits stay on the same schedule, your pricing is unchanged, and the technicians who have been looking after your pool have come across with the business.
You do not need to do anything. There is no new agreement to sign and no gap in service. If your pool is due for a visit, that visit still happens.
The one practical change is contact. Enquiries, bookings and account questions now go through Sparkling Pools rather than The Pool Smith.
Sparkling Pools has been servicing pools around Auckland since 1992, and also covers the Waikato. Alongside the maintenance and valet work you already receive, we handle renovations and resurfacing, pool repairs, pool electrical work and equipment supply, so there is a wider range of support available if you need it.
