Free Installation on Premium Heat Pumps — Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period. Offer runs from 14 September 2026 to [31 October 2026]. To qualify, the quote must be accepted and deposit paid within the promotion period. Installation may take place after the end date.
2. Eligible products. Applies to new BWT Pearl, AstralPool Ecolite and AstralPool Pinnacle range heat pumps purchased from and installed by Sparkling Pools Auckland Ltd. "From" prices include GST, apply to the base model in each range, and are subject to supplier availability and price changes.
3. What free installation includes. Standard installation, being: positioning the unit on an existing level, load-bearing surface within [3] metres of the existing pump and filter; connection to existing pool plumbing including bypass and non-return valve; electrical connection to an existing suitable circuit within [5] metres of the unit by our licensed electricians, with a Certificate of Compliance; commissioning and a walk-through of operation.
4. What is not included. Any works outside standard installation are quoted separately before we proceed, including: a new dedicated circuit or switchboard upgrade; concrete pad or base; trenching or cabling beyond [5] metres; plumbing alterations beyond the standard tie-in; removal and disposal of existing heating equipment; building or resource consents; repairs to existing equipment or pool plumbing found to be faulty. Nothing additional is charged without your written approval.
5. Site inspection. A complimentary on-site inspection is required before any installation and confirms the correct heat pump size and whether the site suits a standard installation. Sizing is a recommendation based on the pool and site as inspected; heating performance depends on pool cover use, weather and run-time settings.
6. Area. Available to properties in the Auckland region. Outside this area by arrangement, with travel quoted.
7. Payment. A $1,000 deposit is payable on acceptance of the quote and the balance on completion of installation. Quotes are valid for 60 days.
8. Warranty. Heat pumps carry the manufacturer's warranty. Electrical work is certified by our licensed electricians. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's conditions, including correct water chemistry and cover use.
9. General. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, is not redeemable for cash and does not apply to purchases made before the promotion period. Installation dates are subject to scheduling and stock availability. Sparkling Pools may amend or withdraw this offer at any time; accepted quotes are honoured. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
