We’re only as good as our clients think we are – and what they say about us means more than what we say about ourselves. So we’d like to share a few comments we’ve received from our clients over the years with you here.
In November 2011, my partner and I purchased a property with a swimming pool and spa. Having never previously owned a property with pool facilites, we relied on Grant, Julia and the rest of the team at Sparkling Pools to bring us up to speed with what was required to keep the pool in order.
Combined with this, some pool equipment components had been neglected by previous owners; Grant made time to come and carry out a complimentary inspection of the pool, from a holistic perspective, and to give us detailed feedback on what improvements (heating, filtration equipment, covers etc) we could make, over time, bearing our budget in mind.
The pool and spa are now looked after on a regular basis by Sparkling Pools on a specific cutomised maintenance plan. Denis (our dedicated valet man) comes on time, on the same week-day each time, and he does a great job maintaining the pool.
We love the team from Sparkling Pools and we love the service we get from them. The pool and spa always look and feel fantastic, and looking after them is one job we just never have to worry about!

We had a ferro pool, put in some 30 years ago, which had been painted several years back by a Pakuranga Pool Company. It was never right from soon after they did this so the decision was made to re-plaster this year.
We had two quotes and went with Sparkling Pools on price and reputation.They arrived when they said they would, their workers were excellent and, even when an unexpected rain shower caught the job they corrected the damage promptly at no cost to us. The finished pool looks great!
