Pool Renovations and Re-surfacing

With age, painted surfaces oxidise, and plastered surfaces acquire irrevocable staining, or wear through to the underlying shell, or start to break up and fall away. Each of these processes has a significant negative affect on water clarity, swimmer comfort, and on the performace of filtration & accessory equipment.

Pool Re-surfacing
We use the following re-surfacing media:-
- Quartzon quartz plaster
- marble plaster
- Epotec epoxy pool paint
- Jewels-4-Pools aggregate crystal plaster
- Hydrazzo crystalline plaster
Pool Tile-work and Copings
Re-surfacing will often include renovation of the pool's waterline tiles, pool coping stones and/or overflow guttering. We are fully experienced in the application of all tile-work and can design & implement overflow gutter systems for existing pools if required.
Surrounding Paved Areas and Fencing
We also renovate and/or install surrounding paved areas & decking and we can provide and install (NZSS compliant) pool fencing. We recommend and install only glass balustrading.
Pool Design Modifications
During full renovations, clients often take the oppotrunity to address many other upgrades, including:-

- Raising floor levels in deep pools
